These terms of use govern the use of services offered by Raumgestalt (Thielegasse 4b, +49 621 324 2570, info@decobatten.com) in the field of spatial design and interior architecture. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Our offer includes consultation, planning, and implementation of spatial concepts.
The customer is obliged to provide truthful information about their wishes and spatial conditions. We commit to providing professional advice and implementation according to the current state of spatial design. The customer must communicate any change requests in a timely manner. Both parties are obliged to cooperate in a spirit of trust.
We are liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for grossly negligent or intentional conduct. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage under the contract. Further liability is excluded. This does not apply to mandatory legal regulations.
Contracts for consulting services end upon completion of the agreed service. Ongoing projects can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month. Services already rendered must be compensated. In the event of termination for good cause, the statutory provisions apply.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use with effect for the future. You will be informed of significant changes by email to the address you provided. If you do not object within four weeks of receiving the change notification, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
